    The questionnaire

    About a minute of your time. No uploads, no homework, nothing to prepare. This is where the seven days start counting.

    Seven days

    We design on paper, then build in hand-written code. You do nothing during this part.

    The preview

    You get a live link to the finished site. One round of changes is included.

    The handover

    Approve it, pay the balance, and everything transfers into your own accounts on a free go-live call. Or don’t approve it, and the deposit comes back in full.

What if I don’t like it?

Then you don’t approve it, and the deposit comes back in full, no questions and no reason needed, any time before you approve the finished site. You will have seen the finished site on a live link before a penny of the balance is due.

Who owns the site afterwards?

You do — you own everything at handover: the code, the hosting and the domain, in your own accounts. nothing renews. Nothing about your site lives in our accounts.

Can I edit it myself?

It is yours, so yes. The handover kit includes a walkthrough video and a one-page basics sheet, and the go-live call walks you through where everything lives.

What if I need changes later?

One round of changes is included before approval. After handover, extra work is available and priced as the piece of work it is — there is no retainer to buy.

Why is there no monthly fee?

Because nothing renews. We design, build and hand over; the hosting and domain sit in your own name, so there is nothing left for a fee to pay for.

Why don’t you build online shops?

A shop done properly is a different kind of project with ongoing obligations we deliberately don’t carry. If a shop is what your business needs, we are honestly not the right studio.

What are the seven days counted from?

From your completed questionnaire — not from the call, and not from the deposit. The build is live in seven days, counted from your completed questionnaire.

What if I’m slow returning the questionnaire?

Nothing bad. The clock simply hasn’t started; the build begins the day it arrives.
